More about FOLD-FORM®
In addition to construction and consulting, we can ship FOLD-FORM® blocks to your site for your builder or erect any structure (residential or commercial) out of them ourselves.
FOLD-FORM® blocks are high-density expanded polystyrene foam interlocking blocks that are folded flat for easier shipping and pop open for installation. The blocks slide together on the sides using a tongue and groove system and stack into courses with a positive interlocking system. Once stacked into courses, concrete is poured into the hollow core. ICF structures are extremely sturdy (3 to 4 times stronger than typical wood frame construction) and energy efficient, saving homeowners up to 20% or more on heating and cooling costs. Additionally, they reduce sound penetration by 50% and have proven resistance to fire, voilent winds and earthquakes. We highly recommend building any structure with ICFs.
